Engineering Support Team
At the core of Hermes is our 860 team members. With a very low turnover rate, and long experience in the field, Hermes engineers are able to offer our clients a hassle-free service that has a high comfort level.

By being available around the clock, and by using a team-based problem solving approach, our engineering support offers clients the benefit of minimized down time for their capital investment.

We are able to offer engineering support at various locations across South East Asia, including Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and the Peoples Republic of China.



Clean Room
Hermes has a fully facilitized clean room dedicated to research and development of process technology. The technology development lab is to enable us to work together with our suppliers and partners.

We then first develop or upgrade process technologies in-house minimizing the engineering resources required at the client site, and increasing the machine time available to clients.

The clean room also allows our vendors to provide equipment, process knowledge and engineering support close to our customer base.


        

Training Center
The Hermes Training Center enables us to continuously stay on top of technology and process developments as they occur. Through the training center, our vendor's product and process specific know-how can be passed directly to our customer. With equipment, training tools and trainer resource on site, we have moved the original suppliers' capability forward close to the customers.

The training center is able to make use of a wide range of IC Fab equipment, for both 200 and 300 mm processes.
